One of our clients, a Medical Practice based in South West London, are seeking a Receptionist to join their growing Client Services Team.
Duties will include:
• Customer service and management
• Managing appointment diaries for multiple practitioners
• Ordering stock
• Liaising with external suppliers and companies
• Ad hoc administration and customer services tasks
The ideal candidate for this role must have fantastic customer service skills and be comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
