Project Manager for Interiors Company

One of our clients, an Interior Architecture Practice based in SW London, are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a client facing role working on multiple projects where duties will include:

• Leading and taking overall responsibility for large scales, high end commercial projects
• Managing contractual and payment issues with clients
• Responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring projects run to schedule, budget and brief
• Managing accounts – maintaining client relations, keeping them informed and negotiating critical issues
• Consulting with clients
• Overseeing, mentoring and coordinating a team of up to 15 people

The ideal candidate for this role must have proven creative and management ability along with a degree in Interior Design or Architecture. You must have experience in all phases of projects along with experience in AutoCAD, MS Project, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketchup.
