Our client, a boutique Private Equity Firm with offices internationally, are looking for an EA/Office Manager to join their team in Central London and support them with all their admin tasks.

Daily tasks but not limited to:
• Manage the team calendar
• Book and schedule travels and meetings (for both the team but also clients)
• Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
• Make sure the compliance and health and safety requirements are met
• Printing and binding meeting documents for the team
• Coordinate essential bookkeeping and client invoicing with Paris office
• Process team expenses

The role would be suited to someone who has a couple of years’ experience within a similar role, can multi-task, is super organised and has great attention to deal. It would also be beneficial if the candidate comes from a financial services and speaks French, but this is not a prerequisite.  If this position sounds like you then send us your CV ASAP!
