One of our clients, a global luxury retail company, are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their Global HR department in their Head office in Central London. This role will be very busy and varied.

Duties will include but in no way will be restricted to:

• Managing complex diary and travel arrangements 
• Compiling reports, presentations, minutes and internal communications with accuracy
• Ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office
• Organising a busy schedule of internal and external meetings
•  Collate and manage financial processes and invoice authorisations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across the global HR team
• Providing office management for the HR team 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a PA in a similar role to Board-level executives with proven ability to work in a busy office environment and multi-task. You must have excellent attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a confident team player.
