Our client is a very successful furniture company who needs someone to join their team as a Customer Experience Assistant. This is such a wonderful role with a wide variety of different duties.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Ensuring that the company provides the best customer experience at all times.
  • Ensuring that the customer message is kept on the brand at all times.
  • Ensuring that all customer communication is of the highest standard.
  • Resolve all customer questions and queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise effectively with all other departments
  • Take the initiative to deliver beyond the expectations set for your role.
  • Support the team to pick, pack and send out brochures and swatches.
  • Ensure that all systems and processes are followed with regards to returns and refunds

As you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis it is essential that you have excellent listening and communication skills. You must remain unflappable in difficult situations, and be able to think on your feet and problem solve. There is lots of variety and heaps of potential.  The company is growing quickly and the office has a great fun atmosphere.
