An all-round investment company is looking for a Receptionist where you will be looking after 3 companies on the Front Desk. This role will be really varied and a busy fast paced position.
Receptionist duties
- Answering all incoming calls
- Meeting room diary management
- Meeting and greeting clients, making refreshments
- Keeping meeting rooms tidy and ready
New business assistance
- Setting up any Skype interviews that are due to take place
- Sending out client appointment confirmation emails, chasing appointment confirmations and Skype usernames
- Scanning and uploading completed interview questionnaires on to our CRM and manually entering client data in each file
Office management
- First port of call for IT issues
- Perform IT back up
- Postage incoming and outgoing
- Ad hoc administrative support
Building management
- Ensure all paperwork and licenses are up to date
- Liaising with handymen and suppliers
- Management of cleaners
