A growing travel and events specialist is looking for a customer service assistant to come and join their fun, creative team. You will be providing the best possible experience for the customers and duties will include:

  • Follow up on queries, including those on social media outlets
  • Investigate and resolve all complaints involving the customer
  • Assist with the day to day operations
  • Management of staff trave and resort team departures
