Maternity cover (9 mos) : EA to Chairman
My fantastic asset management client are looking for someone to fill this maternity cover position supporting a truly lovely Chairman for 8/9 months starting in September 2022.
Key parts of the role:
You will be a Senior EA with relevant financial services experience of at least C suite level.

My fantastic asset management client are looking for someone to fill this maternity cover position supporting a truly lovely Chairman for 8/9 months starting in September 2022.
Key parts of the role:
- Managing the Chairman's diary and inbox and keeping on top of last minute changes
- Represent the Chairman when necessary and building relationships internally/externally
- Some ad hoc support for his wife
- A busy role - things change quickly and he is keen for you to check your emails as soon as you wake up
- Some research on behalf of the Chairman
- Complex travel arrangements
- Largely remote but you should be in the London office when he is there (you can be in the office more if you want)
- Some light EA support for a portfolio manager
You will be a Senior EA with relevant financial services experience of at least C suite level.
