Ambassadorial Reception position in The Hub of The West End.
Working within a forward-thinking global finance boutique you will support 80 people with a 1st Class Reception service as the only Receptionist. You will join a close knit, kind and friendly team who enjoy professionalism and fun at the office and outside work.
This role is for the career receptionist who is committed to giving the highest service and believes that their instant impression impacts how the business reflected in their greeting, personal presentation, and telephone manner.
You will be immaculately presented with a warm and friendly nature and have a gift for both written and verbal communication. The job would suit a pro-active person who takes initiative and identifies opportunities to resolve reception problems.
A position for someone who is self-sufficient and motivated with good Microsoft skills and some exposure to basic facilities organisation.
Ideally you will have come from a corporate financial background.
Hours 8.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary starting at £32,000
