Are you a superstar Office Manager who has experience managing a team of Executive Assistants? Does getting the best out of people excite you? Are you familiar with conducting mid-year and end of year appraisals?

We are looking for a highly experienced, energetic, motivated Office Manager and EA team leader to join a world class Private Equity firm based in Central London.

To be successful in this role, you MUST have extensive experience working as an Office Manager (8 years +) in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This would ideally be within an investment institution but could also be in a high growth start-up or a professional services firm. Working at pace is key, as is immaculate attention to detail, forward thinking and excellent prioritisation skills.

Job responsibilities might include, but are not limited to:

Managing a facilities assistant
Being the line manager for a team of 12 Executive Assistants
Organising mid-year and end of year performance reviews all staff reporting into you
Vendor and contract management
Budget building and monitoring office associated costs
Ensuring the office is compliant with H&S legislation
Working with the Human Resources department on the onboarding of new staff
Ensuring that the workplace is a welcoming and pleasant place to be
Working to increase staff engagement and satisfaction
