This is a unique opportunity to take on an involving, 1:2 EA role, to support two very senior deal Partners within this European Private Equity firm. As a degree educated EA, you will be looking for a role in which you can add value and take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in a client facing position, where liaison with clients across Europe will feature as a part of your role. The Partners will also be relying on you to manage their personal lives, in a true “right hand” support position.

This role will require you to be proactive, organised and highly adaptable. You will have extensive experience in managing hectic schedules, prioritising appointments and constant international travel management. You will be the first point of contact and instrumental in ensuring there is an efficient, effective approach to managing the workload.

As an individual, you will be confident and able to liaise with other members of senior leadership in the company. You will need to be flexible and have the ability to plan and execute meetings and events. You will be trusted to deal with all the details of planning; this could range from booking a venue to arranging catering. It is important that you have prior experience in a similarly demanding and fast paced finance environment. The key skills you will need include:

- Excellent communication skills; able to operate as an ambassador for the Partners and the wider firm. You will be someone who exudes natural gravitas, professionalism and a genuine passion for your work.
- Advanced IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Arranging international travel – as an executive assistant you must be able to adapt to changes and find solutions to any problems which may occur.
- Great attention to detail
- A sense of urgency and the ability to gauge and understand the demands and pace that the Partners are required to work to. It is essential you are able to mirror this and flex your work style to support the business demands.

If you thrive under pressure, are looking for an involving EA role in which to develop and expand in your career as an EA, this is certainly a role to consider. The client is looking for circa 5 years’ experience as an Assistant working in a fast paced, investment sector firm.
