German speaking temp - ongoing

German speaking private equity investment PA / Executive Assistant needed asap! A lovely high-profile investment firm based in Central London is seeking a Temp EA / Temp PA / Float Executive Assistant to commit long term, in a full time ongoing temp role. A Float EA is a PA who moves amongst the wider EA team, covering their desks for varying lengths of time.

This EA to Partners Temp German bilingual EA / Temp Personal Assistant role / Float  EA role will include extensive diary and calendar management, global travel schedules, liaising with clients and working closely with the other executive assistants. The pace is extremely fast paced and changeable and you will be working at Partner level, expected to be 5 steps ahead and always working closely with your fellow EA team.

The German speaking PA, German Bilingual EA  will have professional services experience, strong senior PA skills, German language,  and be resilient enough to hit the ground running in an extremely fast moving and pressurised environment, but one that is also fun and positive and exciting!
