Fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a Team PA / Team Assistant has arisen in this truly lovely investment firm based in the City. This is a newly created Team Assistant / PA role due to company growth, and we are therefore looking for a brilliant Assistant who can start ASAP, and ultimately grow the role as the company goes from strength to strength.
As Team PA you will be supporting four very lovely and charming Investment Directors. Your role will be busy and fast-paced with responsibilities ranging from managing back-to-back diaries, travel coordination, assisting with events and investor conferences, expenses and preparing presentations for example. The team here are super bright, professional and equally down-to-earth and outgoing.
