Absolutely fantastic all round PA / Office Manager / Team Assistant / Facilities Assistant / Office Assistant / HR Administrator role! We are very excited to be working with an exciting high end investment company who are currently looking for an intelligent and warm superstar to support their senior investment team, whilst also working closely with the absolutely lovely office manager to cover reception and provide facilities support. Please note this is a 12 month maternity cover starting in March 2019.

Facilities & Office Assistant / Team Assistant / HR Administrator

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel schedules
  • Preparing board packs for investment team
  • PowerPoint presentations for investment team
  • Overflow Office Management duties
  • Reception cover including managing 3 meeting rooms including meeting calendars 
  • All meeting and greeting and client hospitality
  • Incoming calls, posts, couriers, printing, binding etc.
  • Facilities management for wider office 
  • Expenses
  • Legal Administration working closely with Legal Team
  • HR Administration for whole office, working closely with HR Manager
  • Lots of scope to grow the role!
