We have just taken on an exciting, busy reception role working alongside one other Receptionist/Team Assistant in a lovely boutique finance firm of 40 people based in central Mayfair. 

This position will include all of the typical duties, including acting as a true ambassador for the company and meeting and greeting all their high-profile visitors. 

You will be the welcoming face of the company and responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Answering calls and operating the internal switchboard
  • Supporting the Personal Assistants and Team which could include expenses, diary management and personal requests
  • Data entry
  • Ordering lunches, stationary and office supplies when required
  • Assisting with events

The ideal candidate will have worked on a busy, professional Reception desk before and will thrive when working within a people-facing role. Please note that the core hours for this Reception / Office Coordinator role are 8:30am - 6:00pm and the salary is up to £35K depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
