Close-knit investment bank needs an exceptional classic PA to provide true, in depth support to a lovely but demanding MD. The MD is positive, extremely busy and high profile and therefore needs a proactive PA with exacting standards and an upbeat, outgoing personality.
Your remit as PA to MD will be diverse but traditional. As a key member of the business, you will need to work closely with the other PAs to ensure a seamless service.

Senior PA duties
- Provide thorough and indepth PA / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant support
- Detailed and complex multiple diary management
- Client relationship building and networking
- Client dinners
- Ad hoc research
