A boutique insolvency practice based in the City is looking for an Office Administrator. Great career opportunity to become a Case Administrator further down the line so looking for someone with a good telephone manner, ability to deal with clients and able to support the Case Managers with a variety of tasks.

Office Administrator Key Duties

  • Retrieve daily post and hand to partner
  • Maintain office filing
  • Parcels & letters sent by courier or taxi
  • All call answering (where possible) and retrieving answer-phone messages
  • Inventorying books and records received
  • Arranging for closed case files to be sent off to storage
  • Everyday errands and assisting other staff with any other duties when requested
  • Sending circulars
  • Carry out case related duties, as requested by appointed Manager (i.e. creditor send outs, drafting reports, investigations)
  • Ensure office is supplies and stationery are available,
  • Case set up
  • Creditor enquiries
  • Maintain diary lines and case related spreadsheets
  • Reorganising files in cabinet to create space, if required

Must have at least 6 months experience within an insolvency or professional services environment as an Office Administrator.
