Our client are a Global Marcomms company based in the City. They’re looking for a Temporary Events Administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary position.

The successful candidate will be working in the Development Team and report into and support the Associate Director. This is fantastic position for someone who has a genuine passion and desire to work in a busy and friendly team in the Marcomms industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the graduate programme
  • Managing the marketing and recruitment campaign for the intakes, including attending careers fairs
  • Managing the recruitment website, Facebook and Twitter feeds
  • Organising recruitment and selection days
  • Reading and marking CV’s according to marking criteria
  • Ensuring all training is set and communicated t graduates
  • Tracking graduates holidays
  • Coding and sending invoices to finance
  • Organising social functions including an annual Alumni dinner to maintain network
  • Finding venues and organising logistics
  • Managing the budget for this area
  • Assisting to produce a yearly programme of forums to support talent and HR representatives from the group
  • Overseeing the talent lists and managing the admin resource
  • Organising the diary management of the global calendar
  • Compiling detailed expense reports
  • Booking all global travel and accommodation
  • Ability to make decisions independently

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
  • Highly professional manner and networking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be required to communicate at all levels including partners, suppliers and senior staff members.
  • Excellent written skills to coordinate or respond to requests
  • Writing and copywriting skills for producing on and off-line promotional materials
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Passion for the marketing industry
  • Ability to handle a large workload with tight turnaround requirements
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Must be enthusiastic, reliable and a team player with an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Must have a passion and interest in talent development
  • Must have a passion and interest in looking after a global director and proud to be their PA
