A leading Investment Firm based in the City are looking for a PA to support their Head of Marketing. This is an amazing role which is really hands on with lots of variety! The position will be on a temp to perm basis.
Duties Include:
- Providing PA support - diary management, travel, expenses etc
- Financial tracking
- Preparing management information
- Preparing presentations
- Organising team events
- Organise corporate photography
- Help develop strategy plans
- PowerPoint
- Manage website in-box
- Update company org charts
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with people both internally and externally.
