Based in the West End, London
Our client is one of the largest private banks and wealth management firms in Switzerland, they are now looking for a French speaking Business/Private PA to join their team.
As a Business/Private PA you will be responsible for:
Property management
Processing invoices
Diary management
Organising travel both commercial and private
Dealing with household staff
Organising all parties, events, caterers
Gatekeeping and screening calls
To be a successful applicant for the role of Business/Private PA you must have:
Bilingual French/English written and spoken
Previous experience working within a Private/Business PA role
Excellent ability to prioritise and pre-empt requirements
