Permanent - Executive Assistant/Office Manager - London- £22k-£24k

My client, a growing and successful Data/Technology company based in London have an exciting opportunity for an EA/Office Manager to join their expanding team.

They work with some of the most incredible brands in the B2B technology space. They are a collaborative, creative and proactive team, who balance thinking with doing. Due to their outstanding start to 2021, they are now recruiting for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will support with administrative tasks throughout the business, inclusive of HR, Finance, Marketing and Client Services.

Duties will include:

EA/Office Manager duties:

  • Work closely with the Directors supporting them with their administration
  • Diary Management for Directors
  • Travel Management for Directors and the Team
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, preparing, and dispatching the minutes and notes
  • Research and Presentations
  • Accurately maintaining the filing system
  • Liaising with facilities, contractors, and other external contacts
  • Supporting the Marketing team in an administrative function
  • HR support duties:

  • Team organisation
  • Updating policies and procedures
  • Absence management reports, including holidays, sickness etc.
  • Supporting with recruitment
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Arranging for new starters IT to be set up
  • Finance support duties:

  • Supporting with Invoicing and expenses
  • Setting new clients up on the CRM
  • Support with monthly reports
  • You will have/be:

  • Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to liaise at all levels comfortably
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong team player who can work alone equally as well
  • Experience of working as part of a small team
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Analytical, able to think outside of the box and solve problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate - advanced MS office skills inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Office Management/EA/PA/ extensive admin experience ideally within a Marketing/PR Consultancy
