About the company



Our client is a prestigious Healthcare organisation who manage healthcare assessments and treatments for global high profile private clients.



Due to expansion, they are now seeking to extend their services and therefore require additional support within their administration team to support the coordination of bookings, assessments, and client correspondence.



About the role



This role will work directly with the Medical Expert's team to support the administration and engagement, delivering a personal and first-class service to their exclusive clientele. It is a very busy role and requires someone with meticulous attention to detail along with a professional and efficient response to the needs of their clients; many of whom are UHNWI and require a personal and confidential service.



Key responsibilities



Support the Executive Directors and in particular the CEO, with general operational and client engagement matters in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
Act as the primary contact point for new and existing clients, managing enquiries, identifying the most appropriate services and sending out service collateral to facilitate the most appropriate sales process through senior colleagues
Engage with existing clients at the time of their renewal to help ensure continued use of the service.
Organise health assessment schedules for clients, clarifying their availability, making appointments for them with imaging or clinical consultant providers and communicating effectively with clients. Adjust the schedule as necessary based on client preference or clinician direction.
Provide medical concierge requirements for clients as required during their membership period including supporting with flights, accommodation, and lunches during their attendance at the clinic.
Research where necessary the most appropriate third-party clinical providers, either in the UK or internationally, to undertake elements of the assessment programme or deliver specific clinical requirements.
Discuss and confirm with clients the fees for services that are recommended by clinicians, where not already covered by the clinician, to ensure that the client is comfortable prior to progressing.
Facilitate all invoicing, either personally or through the management accountant, for services being delivered. Support follow-up where necessary to ensure timely payments.
Ensure that relevant client details, information and reports are uploaded and maintained in the client clinical administrative system as appropriate.
Update and maintain appropriate records and datasets to support regulatory requirements, such as CQC registration.

Who you will be

Ideally you will have worked in a role where you have been very client focused, confident liaising with UHNWI or VIP's, providing efficient and professional communication at all time
You will be highly organised, able to work to compliance standards, whilst also developing and improving process and service levels
You will enjoy providing a first-class service, and working out the finer details for clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
You will be proactive and demonstrate initiative when planning and organising both internal processes and client's assessments.
You will be ambitious, keen to own and develop your role as the business expands


Other information

Place of work: Must be able to work in the London office 3-5 days per week. Currently they are doing 2-3 but they may go back to 5 days in the office as restrictions ease.

Hours: 08:30-18:00 Monday to Friday

Start: 1st July 2021 or sooner
