Corporate Access Coordinator - Global Investment Management Firm based in the West End
£45-55,000 (Temp to perm)
I am currently recruiting for a Corporate Access Assistant to join a Global Investment Management Firm based in the West End.
This is a pivotal role in the business and they are ideally seeking a candidate with experience within this area.
Key duties within the role would involve:
Manage corporate access for all European traders;
Communicate and manage relationships with Sell-side corporate access teams;
Act as the first point of contact for all Sell-side enquiries;
Keep up to date with upcoming conferences, roadshows etc. and present the information to the London Managers; keep track of deadlines and ensure registration;
Provide general corporate access administrative support for London managers: schedule meetings, manage complex schedules and appointments;
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
Create/update documents and spreadsheets to help your analysts/PMs streamline and organize their workload;
Perform special projects for teams or management which may require utilizing various applications (e. internal proprietary software, Bloomberg, etc.);
Schedule the bi-annual broker review meetings and collate the requisite documentation;
Maintain contact lists;
Maintain a filing system;
