An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team PA to cover a maternity contract for a City based Investment firm.
This is a busy and varied role and duties include:
Diary management for two busy department heads
Global travel arrangements
Meeting organisation - via Zoom/Webex/MS Teams and face to face
Organising expenses
Ad hoc administrative duties for the wider team
Extensive use of their in-house databases
Social media updates
The ideal candidate will have solid PA experience within investments, have a good knowledge of social media and have used Salesforce.
