We're excited to be assisting a renowned Post Production Agency with the recruitment of an Office Manager to oversee operations in their Soho offices.

This is a varied and challenging role and that plays a vital role in the smooth day to day running of the studio. You will ensure it is well maintained, well presented, safe and secure so your colleagues and you have a great place to work and clients have an exceptional experience every time they visit.

The role will involve the management of Front of House staff and Runners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure good upkeep, maintenance and smooth running of the studio
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our landlords and service providers
  • Manage budgets
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance and supplies and services
  • Ensure all works meet H&S standards and legal requirements
  • Work with senior and tech teams to ensure all systems and processes ie. courier deliveries and visitors meet compliance requirements
  • Manage any refurbishments, renovations, repairs and office moves to make sure they all run smoothly and according to plan
  • In conjunction with Head of People, take a leading role in ensuring Health and Safety training and compliance
  • Implement and improve office procedures as we grow
  • Management of fire wardens and first aiders and any associated training
  • Work closely with Head of People to manage new starter inductions and leavers

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an Office Management role (preferably within a similar industry)
  • The ability to maintain discretion and deal with sensitive and strictly confidential material
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexibility and able to react quickly to changing demands and priorities
  • Ability to think and plan ahead in a bid to spot problems before they happen
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
