Marketing and Business Growth Executive

This is a new role to support the senior team by uncovering and developing business opportunities within the public sector. The company is a group of brilliant people from diverse backgrounds with varied life and work experiences and similar values who combine to do brilliant things. You will systematically develop and manage the marketing strategy to put the firm's outstanding teams in the right place, at the right time and with the right tools to win new business and develop existing relationships. It is a full mix marketing and business growth role and you will work closely with the partners and managing consultants on strategy and implementation employing proven skills and experience in:

• BD planning
• Market analysis
• Data analysis
• Creation of marketing plans and strategy
• Bid writing
• Multi-channel digital expertise
• Executing campaigns and communications

Experience working with a public sector client base will be hugely beneficial (local government, healthcare, housing, education) in knowing how to navigate complex procurement networks and identify entry points for the firm.
