An experienced and accomplished Team Assistant is required to join this wonderful investment firm which boasts an outstanding office environment. Providing support to the Sales Team (Nordic region) this is a highly organisational role which would suit an expert in diary and travel management.
We are looking for an exceptional Team Assistant with fluency in one (or more) of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Icelandic
You will be fully involved at a senior level and on a global scale; trusted and empowered to support them in a highly ambassadorial role. As mentioned previously, ideally you will have previously supported at senior level within a financial services, asset management business and be someone who naturally delivers to the highest of standards. This simply is an outstanding role within an outstanding business.
Skills required:
- Previous Team Assistant experience gained within the investment industry
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Icelandic
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
