An established local charity is urgently looking to recruit a PA / Premises Manager to support their central team. This is a varied role, providing PA support to the CEO and you will also manage, oversee and ensure the smooth running of their busy community premises.

Duties will include:

  • PA support to CEO including diary and meeting management
  • Point of contact for board of Trustees, partners and other professionals
  • Minute taking
  • Organisation of fundraising events and organisation of catering/refreshments
  • Overseeing reception, office cleaners and supervision of volunteers
  • Managing and reviewing supplier relationships (office supplies, IT contracts etc)
  • Premises / facilities management including maintenance and repairs, health and safety, ad hoc related projects
  • Finance administration (invoicing, processing petty cash, working to budget)

We are looking for a candidate who can bring knowledge of business practices and experience – someone who will be ready to add value and contribute. Candidates should be self-motivated with good time management skills and possess the ability to prioritise a high volume/varied workload, in which no two day are alike.
