Global energy firm requires an experienced Team Assistant / Receptionist to join their corporate head office. This is a fabulous opportunity for a professional individual looking for an all-encompassing position that includes a variety of responsibilities.

As Reception/Team Assistant, you will be based front of house and will be responsible for managing the meeting room booking system, organisation of refreshments, answering and fielding calls and greeting all visitors to the office. In addition, you will provide Team Assistant support to the wider office. The successful candidate will work closely with the travel vendor to organise complex business trips and produce comprehensive itineraries. Plans can often change at the last minute so we are ideally looking for a Team Assistant who will see this as a challenge and will fully embrace this side of the role. You will possess a good working knowledge of MS Office and provide support with document production, correspondence and so much more!
