What would I be doing day to day?

Who will I be reporting into: HR Director

Job Title: Performance Analyst

Salary: £80,000

Key duties:

• Own the KPI system
• Map out risk, compliance and strategy
• Benchmarking of positions across the organisation
• Liaising with L&D to understand team requirements
• Ensure KPIs align with the organisations mission and values
• Liaising with Line Managers during appraisals
• Manage and communicate annual performance reviews
• Establish goals when onboarding new employees

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

• Previous analytical experience or transformation
• Experience with the implementation of a performance based programme would be beneficial
• Experience managing performance management
• Confident in Excel
• Knowledge of scorecards would be highly beneficial but not essential
• Previous experience in a Finance firm
