What would I be doing day to day?

Who will be working with supervising: Account Management team.

Key duties:

• Previous experience managing/supervising a team to deliver
• Be the most senior point of contact for unresolved issues with clients
• Updating strategies and delivery processes
• Improve customer experience using previous client feedback
• Identifying opportunities to upsell
• Create new and innovative ideas to support the team
• Updates procedures to maintain a strong client base
• Awareness of new legislation
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends

What is the company looking for?

• 3-4 years previous experience within a similar, client facing role, ideally from finanicial services or tech
• Previous experience supervising a team
• Experience developing client service strategy
• Previous CRM experience
• Understanding of key performance metrics and ability to improve account delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong networking skills
• Experience working within a start-up
• Interest in new technology and the industry
