What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting a team.

Key duties:

• Very heavy diary management for a team of Partners.
• International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
• Dealing with expenses and invoices.
• Assisting with event organisation.
• Ad hoc admin responsibilities.

What is the company looking for?

• Ideally you have demonstrated experience working in management consultancy or executive search.
• Previous EA experience supporting a team.
• Ability to work in a challenging, pressured environment, with a resilient mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
• Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Great time management skills.
