What would I be doing day-to-day?

Who am I supporting: The London Executive Team

Key duties: Complex diary management, project coordination, event support, coordination of board meetings and following up on actions, coordination of all international travel as well as general Office Management

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: You will need to have superb written and verbal communication skills, flexibility around hours, intellectually curious (an ideas and solutions person) you must have experience of working within an international organisation and demonstratable experience as both an EA and Office Manager.

Qualifications: degrees would be preferred but not necessary

Availability: Immediately ideally
