• Reporting to the Head of People
• HR Recruitment, compliance and performance management

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

• CIPD Qualified
• 2+ years' experience in HR, ideally as an HR generalist or manager
• Demonstrated experience of recruitment, maintaining HR legislation and performance management
• Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential
• Ideally you will be immediately available to start work but the client will wait for the right candidate
