What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: reporting to the CFO/COO.

Key duties:

• Handling general HR related duties, employee relations, employee handbook and policies, procedures implementation, employee engagement, recruitment & onboarding, learning & development, performance and reward.
• Support and advise employees and managers at all levels on various ER issues and practices, in line with employment legislation.
• Communication with the whole company, you will be a key member of the decision-making process regarding employee communication.
• Working with the senior management team to advise and develop effective HR solutions and strategies in alignment with the organisational goals.

What is the company looking for?

• CIPD accredited qualification is desirable.
• Ideally degree educated.
• HR Generalist background within financial services, fintech or technology.
• Understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with great time management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to use initiative and anticipate any future challenges.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
