What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: A stand alone role.
- Handling general HR related duties, employee relations, employee handbook and policies, procedures implementation, employee engagement, recruitment & onboarding, learning & development, performance and reward.
- Provide advice on current/existing benefits for employees and managers. Advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
- Assisting with other ad hoc projects and providing general assistance.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience:
- A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Great time management and the ability to use initiative and anticipate any future issues.
- Ideally 3+ years in a similar role.
- You will be positive, a problem-solver and happy to work in a sociable company!
