About the Role

This role will be working closely with the CEO and management team to create the HR function across multiple offices in different regions of the world. This role will be responsible for developing the company’s culture, employee well-being and leading our internal recruitment team, while putting policies and professional development in place.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define HR policies and functions and put them into practice
  • Be a part of the senior management team, give input into company decision making
  • Build a high performing employee lifecycle management program
  • Look after all aspects of employee well-being, happiness, professional development and benefits in their London, Minsk, St. Petersburg, and Jakarta locations with possible additional locations
  • Monitor and improve the diversity practices in hiring and retention
  • Lead the internal recruitment team

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing HR at a senior level
  • Experience in fast-growth, international, technology companies
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and experience working in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with a remote working environment and retaining company culture remotely
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent soft-skills to collaborate with the management team and set the culture for the company
  • Experience living and working in multiple countries would be a plus
