Serving as the strategic sounding board and counsel to the charming CEO, this is an exciting opportunity where you will provide comprehensive business support. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to prioritise effectively and efficiently. This role will be supporting the CEO remotely, so productivity is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive support and counsel to CEO
  • Meeting preparation and organisation, providing all relevant information 
  • Acting as gatekeeper when needed
  • Overseeing and supporting the People function and culture initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
  • Internal and external communications including drafting company newsletters, reports, speeches or presentations for the CEO
  • Operational support
  • Project management and overseeing large cross-functional projects/initiatives
  • Interacting with Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors
  • Team management which may also include hiring and directly managing others in the office including People Team, EAs, projects managers 
  • Strategic lead on high-profile projects
  • Travel coordination
  • Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
  • Researching, benchmarking, analysing data, and making recommendations
  • Creating systems and processes to streamline operations
  • Strategic planning and leading annual strategic planning for the company
  • Creating & updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators
  • Leading hiring processes: drafting & posting job descriptions, outlining an interview process, and screening candidates for roles reporting into the CEO
  • Hiring of key personnel 

What we are looking for: 

  • Ideally degree educated or equivalent 
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Passion for natural health 
  • Confident working alongside Board-Level Executives and partners 
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills and overall brilliant communicator
  • Self-directed, positive work ethic, proactive
  • Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a wider team
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office packages in particular advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
