Join a pioneering Tech Scale-Up as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This is a lovely role working within the People and Culture Team, so it is essential the individual enjoys working as part of a team and has a strong sense of team spirit. This role is perfect for someone who is confident and wants to carve out a career within support! We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills! 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Embody on the company’s values
  • Understand the individual career goals of new starters and help them maintain that upwards trajectory
  • Conduct probation and quarterly employee reviews
  • Take ownership of L&D initiatives by working with senior leadership across departments
  • Creating L&D presentations and training sessions
  • Assess current practices & policies, harmonising them across the business
  • Partnering with the wider HR team on ad-hoc People Team projects
  • Conducting off-boarding/ exit interviews, collating this information, and feeding it back into learning & development practices

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years HR or similar experience 
  • Keen interest or exposure to Learning & Development projects/ initiatives
  • Experience working with and supporting graduates
  • Scale-up experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and presenting communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and influencing others to obtain support, input and feedback needed
  • Excellent IT & MS Office skills
