Exciting PA role to Founder and Creative Director of a well-established fashion label! A dynamic PA role supporting a busy UHNWI, managing business and personal affairs as well as a property portfolio both in London and overseas. You will work directly with the principal and her team, offering professional and proactive support to coordinate her life ensuring everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
 
Main responsibilities:

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Founder, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, Visas client management and other company logistics
  • Coordinate, and manage exceptionally busy and ever-changing calendars with sharp attention to detail
  • Perform administrative and office support, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
  • Producing agendas and facilities for meetings
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks including organising documents, arranging deliveries and returns
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Setting up meetings, face to face or Zoom calls and giving the principal a brief overview of who they are meeting before each appointment
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including flights itineraries, hotel rates, reservations and car services
  • Manage household staff for business and social functions 

What we are looking for: 

  • Ideally 12 months PA or Team Assistant experience
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge within fashion ideally
  • Proficient IT skills: Apple, Microsoft Office & G Suite
