Brand new role! Join a young, ambitious and very exciting tech start-up. In a newly created role, we are looking for a hyper organised, bright and proactive individual who can assist and coordinate various tasks with an HR capacity. This is a fantastic position for someone to carve and make their own!

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of HR and organisational office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to improve existing processes. 

The role will suit an intelligent, resilient and flexible team player with strong communication and administration skills. Commercial experience is essential, preferably within the tech industry. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with recruitment and HR related activities, respond to internal and​ ​external​ ​enquiries​ ​and​ ​coordinate​ ​interviews. 
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the application process ensuring a seamless​ ​and​ ​transparent​ ​candidate​ ​experience 
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new starters- scheduling inductions and new starter training
  • Process all documentation such as starters, leavers, employee changes etc. and maintain HR​ ​and​ ​Applicant​ ​Tracking​ ​Systems 
  • Partner with the wider business to continuously improve our HR and Talent initiatives and processes 
  • Management Engineering and COO including diary management, events organising and PPT presentations

  • Must have experience in a fast-paced, high volume, coordination / PA position  
  • A creative and resourceful individual with a knack for streamlining processes and problem solving 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Methodical, accurate and process-driven, with a desire to continually improve current processes 
  • Able to handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion 
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise workload 
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
