We are looking for a bright individual to join a great team within a boutique communications consultancy as a PA/Account Executive. Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, this role will offer the potential to grow and build on various skills. In addition to organisational and admin support such as organising meetings, diary, meeting and greeting clients, you will be supporting with writing articles, preparing presentations/documents and research. Over time, this role will become more involved in client handling.

You will join a busy, interesting and friendly office where learning and development is a key offer. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, prepared to roll up their sleeves and adopt a can-do attitude. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director in creating, typing up and amending strategic discussion documents
  • Coordinating and preparing documents for presentations and meetings; organising diary and meetings
  • General admin support 
  • Support consultants in researching articles and drafting factsheets for clients
  • Getting involved in creating social media content

What we are looking for:

  • Arts and Humanities degree would be beneficial 
  • Preferably one year’s work experience in an office 
  • High standard of computer literacy including Microsoft Office 
  • InDesign skills is advantageous 
  • Excellent educational credentials 
  • Good communications skills 
  • Good editing and writing skills 
  • Excellent spelling and grammar are essential 
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mother tongue standard)
  • Fluency in a European language or Arabic highly advantageous 
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
