Our client is a leader in its industry with a fantastic reputation and presence worldwide. As Team PA, you will be providing efficient and proactive support to the Project Management Team. You will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent admin and secretarial support as well as working on reports for a very busy, high energy and dynamic team.

Duties will include: 

  • Providing full administrative support to the Valuation team including but not limited to typing, formatting, collating, printing and binding valuation reports.
  • Collecting supporting evidence for the reports such as Land Registry documents, EPC’s, CQC reports, Promaps, Council Tax and Environmental reports
  • Ability to update/create spreadsheets, presentations, pitches and correspondence.
  • Daily management of Dynamics data including; creating and closing instructions, raising invoices, updating the Valuation log as well as keeping track of debtors
  • Managing the team Work in Progress sheet, tracking fees and managing disbursements
  • Liaising with clients to obtain Purchase Order Numbers for invoicing and chasing unpaid fees
  • Capable of sending out valuation fee quotes to clients
  • Organising monthly Valuation team meetings and able take minutes if required
  • Maintaining filing and archiving systems (paperless system)
  • Diary management, including internal and external meetings. When required, booking client lunches/dinners
  • Arranging all travel and accommodation for the team
  • Assisting with compliance/due diligence matters for the team
  • Assisting the other Team Secretary with Healthcare events including event prep, mail outs and event coordination on the day
  • Providing holiday cover for the other Team Secretary in the team and able support when needed on an ad hoc tasks
