An award-winning family run retail and healthcare brand are looking to hire an Office Manager to join their small but mighty team in West London. A great opportunity to work with an environmentally and sociably sustainable team as they look to grow, whilst fundamentally focusing on protecting the needs of future generations.

The office manager will have; retail experience, previously run an office and be able to demonstrate a good grasp of systems. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the office, warehouse, customer service, finance and marketing – essentially ensuring all operations cogs are kept running smoothly.

Key responsibilities: 

  • To be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring they meet their targets
  • To take overall responsibility for sourcing and managing an office relocation within an agreed budget within agreed timescales
  • To be responsible for maintaining and updating customer accounts including fulfilling purchase orders, raising invoices, reconciling customer accounts against the warehouse stock levels
  • To be the main point of contact when dealing with wholesale and retail orders from receipt, fulfilment to invoicing
  • To be responsible for sourcing new suppliers
  • To assist in the design of product labels ensuring they are within agreed guidelines and in the relevant language for the market and instructing our suppliers of the new changes
  • To be responsible for building and maintaining our client relationships both new and existing
  • To be responsible for managing the in-store demo process (including sourcing, booking and training demo staff), across 7 retailers and multiple stores this summer
  • To be responsible for the marketing function which includes booking space when appropriate/ plan adverts /content /artwork / liaise with and instruct designers, for generic content and trade accounts (e.g. trade magazines, consumer magazine, in-store activity
  • Provide timely and regular input to Directors and present to Company Board meetings as and when required

What we are looking for: 

  • Ideally 5 years’ experience managing a busy office 
  • Proven history of dealing with customers in retail
  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages
  • Confident individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Driven, organised and tenacious character
