Team Assistant

Travel Coordinator position within a fast-growing and international global media sports company!

As a Travel Coordinator you will be in charge organising seamless travel arrangements throughout busy schedules with the ability to deduce according to level of urgency.

Responsibilities: 

• Organising the team’s international and domestic travel, out of hours travel coordination may be necessary 
• Pre-empt travel arrangements with the knowledge of approaching events (world cup, sporting events)
• Liaising with production news planning and commercial team 
• Acting as an intermediary between logistics partners and maintaining relationships
• Ensuring reduction of travel spending 

Ideally what we are looking for: 

• Ideally 2 years’ experience in PA, EA, Logistics or Travel Coordination role 
• Degree educated candidates would be preferable 
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power-point 
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail 
• Ability to work with deadlines
