HR Admin role within a fast-paced global entertainment business! With offices in Europe, Middle East, and Asia- this is a very exciting business to be a part of. 

As HR Admin support, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of certain key HR processes for the business. In this brand new role, you will be responsible for managing all the admin and lots more! You will be joining a fast-growing team, so a flexible and can-do attitude is essential. Although this is a contract role, there is potential for it to become permanent. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all employee HR files
  • Responsible for induction of employees to include IT, phone and HR (policies, procedures, benefits)
  • Coordination of the full recruitment process to include interview schedules, procedures and documentation. 
  • Management of vacation and sick days
  • Responsible for all benefits processes to include, induction of employees, maintenance of benefit schedules and liaising with finance for payroll
  • Responsible for generation of employment contracts, obtaining fully executed contracts and maintaining HR records locally and at Group level
  • Working with finance on management of all HR related Invoices
  • Responsible for updating HR policies in line with UK legislation 
  • Responsible for all Group HR reports.
