Our client is a fast-growing and ambitious start-up, and they are looking for a Junior Office Manager to join their amazing team based near Bond Street. This role will become a crucial part of the team as you would be the go-to person in the office during a very busy stage in their growth. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude towards their work and isn't afraid to muck-in and take-on extra responsibilities as required. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and to progress to an Office Manager position. Previous Office Management experience is not essential but exposure to Office Managerial duties such as liaising with suppliers, ordering stationery, dealing with elements of facilities management is advantageous.

We are looking for smart, driven and approachable individuals who can bring a great and collaborative attitude to the business in order to deliver an exceptional Office Manager service!  

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver proactive and highly organised support to the London office and team 
  • Management of the smooth running of the office 
  • Liaising with the landlord and other tenants, monitor H&S, keep public areas tidy, control meeting room bookings, distribute post daily etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors 
  • Promote and develop the culture and atmosphere of the team and environment
  • Book and monitor visa arrangements, support visits from other offices 
  • Assist with the onboarding of new starters 

What we are looking for: 

  • Experience in reception based role with some exposure to Office Management duties
  • Organised and detail-orientated 
  • Proactive and ambitious self-starter 
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to respond to changing situations
