Golden opportunity for a bright individual to gain excellent experience within a fast growing and thriving media company. This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract where you will learn lots and have the opportunity to get involved in many different areas.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for the London office for anything related to suppliers, maintenance and equipment
- Meeting and greeting
- Managing contractors and suppliers (mobile phones, cleaners, stationery etc.)
- Screening and directing phone calls
- Booking travel and accommodation (including international)
- Raising purchase orders, expense claims and arranging invoices
- Coordinating with IT department on all office equipment
- Maintaining the office condition
- Organising weekly breakfast and fruit for the company
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
- Working with Marketing Director for office branding
- Health & Safety for all staff and visitors (fire warden, first aid etc.)
- Coordinating all company events with events manager
- Office administration and general support
Requirements:
- 6-9 months office experience in a busy office
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent ‘can-do’ attitude / enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
