Golden opportunity for a bright individual to gain excellent experience within a fast growing and thriving media company. This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract where you will learn lots and have the opportunity to get involved in many different areas. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for the London office for anything related to suppliers, maintenance and equipment
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Managing contractors and suppliers (mobile phones, cleaners, stationery etc.)
  • Screening and directing phone calls 
  • Booking travel and accommodation (including international)
  • Raising purchase orders, expense claims and arranging invoices
  • Coordinating with IT department on all office equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition
  • Organising weekly breakfast and fruit for the company 
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents 
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Working with Marketing Director for office branding
  • Health & Safety for all staff and visitors (fire warden, first aid etc.)
  • Coordinating all company events with events manager 
  • Office administration and general support ​

Requirements: 

  • 6-9 months office experience in a busy office 
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Excellent ‘can-do’ attitude / enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
