Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to provide support to a Senior Executive within the hospitality industry. The role is based in Clapham and will be providing both business and personal support to a busy Managing Director. Our client is looking for a first-class PA who enjoys working in a heads-down environment and who can be trusted to always act in the best interests of their principle. The successful PA will be the true right-hand person of a very highly influential figure within the hospitality industry, and so loyalty and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with HNWI
  • Take minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping, as required
  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers
  • Help prepare presentations or reports

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Someone who can work in a very quiet and head-downs environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
  • Basic knowledge of office Management and basic accounting procedures
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
