Exec PA to join a successful, growing, well known and super exciting London based designer jewellery brand! We are looking for an amazing right hand PA to support the Founder/Creative Director.

Growing rapidly, this is a very exciting time to join this very passionate team as your role will have plenty of scope to expand too. Backed by serious investors, the company is now scaling across to the US.

Responsibilities include:

• Diary management and organising meetings
• Liaise with the team of 24
• Office management
• Organise travel and itineraries
• Prioritise emails and workflow
• Help with general research and some private admin

It is a 360 degree role as this is a very flat structure and open office set up. Lots of opportunity for the right person to get involved in all areas of the business from design, graphics, branding, marketing, digital marketing, website, ops and budgeting.

• SUPER organised
• Able to multi-task & prioritise accordingly
• Work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Take initiative and understand what needs to be done without asking at every step
